The filming began on September 4, 2014, in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Many shots have been taken in Gautam Buddha University, at Meditation Hall, Shanti Sarover and Library, at Greater Noida. The second part was shot in Nepal and the team completed their final schedule in Abu Dhabi in October. The film has intense action scenes shot in Istanbul.
Baby has produced under a big banner of T-Series along with Crouching Tiger, Friday Filmworks & Cape of Good Films. The soundtrack for the film is composed by MM Kreem & Meet Bros Anjjan. MM Kreem will be collaborating with Neeraj Pandey for the second time after his successful score in Special 26.
The first look poster was officially unveiled by Akshay Kumar through his official Facebook account on 25 August 2014. On special demand of fans, makers had released the Teaser (Sizzle) of the movie on 20 November 2014 and the complete Official Trailer on 3 December 2014.
